Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue full store credit for unused merchandise within 7 business days of delivery of merchandise. The merchandise must be received by us unworn, undamaged and unused in its original condition and packaging. Please include the original invoice as well as any gifts with purchase. All returns require a valid Return Authorization Number, provided by Kooki And Zee. The merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery of your order as indicated by shipment tracking records. After 7 days, all sales are final.

When you return the merchandise described as above, we will issue Kooki And Zee credit, which is valid for one year after the issuing date. If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you may request a full refund or exchange the damaged merchandise for the same product if it is in stock and available. Once you have filled and submitted the form, the Return Authorization Number and return instructions will be emailed to you.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost return packages. If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return. 

You will receive an email notification from Kooki And Zee when we receive and process your return. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
